About the role
Revolut is seeking an FX Forwards Sales Executive to drive growth in the French market. You will work independently to build a pipeline of business customers, showcase Revolut’s FX Forward solutions, and close complex sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of Revolut Business customers across a defined territory.
- Communicate the FX Forward value proposition, highlighting gaps with current providers.
- Share product knowledge to build FX derivatives expertise within the sales team.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Engage prospects through a solution‑based sales process.
- Coach and develop the wider sales team to improve product positioning.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent phone communication and articulation skills.
- Proven experience selling FX forward products outside a bank.
- Demonstrated commercial experience, especially in telesales.
- Strong interest in a high‑performing sales culture.
