About the role

Join Concentrix as a French‑speaking Customer Representative in Lisbon, supporting a hospitality client’s social‑media operations. You will act as the main point of contact for suppliers, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers and the client.

Key responsibilities

Manage supplier invoices within the internal system.
Clarify invoice‑related questions for suppliers.
Respond to supplier inquiries via phone and email.
Assess situations that require escalation.
Connect suppliers with the client when necessary.

Required profile

Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Self‑motivated, responsible, flexible, dynamic and resilient.
