About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Braga. In this role you will provide professional support, handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate and professional information to customers.
- Assist customers with their questions and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while following established procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
- Follow established procedures and service standards consistently.
Required profile
- C2 or native‑level French proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must already reside in Portugal, within 50 km of the Braga office.
- Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.
