French‑Speaking Customer Representative – Hospitality

About the role
Join Concentrix as a French‑speaking Customer Representative in Lisbon, supporting a hospitality client’s social‑media operations. You will act as the main point of contact for suppliers, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers and the client.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supplier invoices within the internal system.
- Clarify invoice‑related questions for suppliers.
- Respond to supplier inquiries via phone and email.
- Assess situations that require escalation.
- Connect suppliers with the client when necessary.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, flexible, dynamic and resilient.
