French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – On‑site in Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our Payment Solutions hub in Lisbon. In this on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for users experiencing issues with digital payments, transfers and account management, ensuring a smooth and secure fintech experience.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries from French‑speaking customers regarding payment gateways, digital transfers and account issues.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot platform problems, guiding users through modern financial tools.
• Maintain high‑security standards in every interaction, adhering to quality‑assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with global teams using English, participating in meetings and cross‑department projects.
• Collect feedback on recurring issues and relay insights to product development for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written French; professional B2 level English.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly; no prior experience required.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software tools and screens.
• Empathetic and calm when handling sensitive financial topics.

• Base salary of €930 gross per month (paid 14 times a year).
