Call Center Agent (Remote)

About the role

UPS is looking for a remote Call Center Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for current and potential customers. You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve incidents, and promote UPS products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and deliver complete, accurate information.
• Understand, assess, and professionally resolve incidents according to UPS guidelines.
• Promote and upsell UPS products when appropriate, helping attract new customers.
• Explain actions taken and commitments made to customers.
• Follow security procedures to protect customer data.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent.
• Availability to work from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Basic computer literacy at user level.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• No prior call‑center experience required, though it is valued.
