French-speaking Customer Service Advisor (Porto)

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Porto, Portugal. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, handling inbound calls and providing support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in French.
• Assist with subscriptions, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver personalized solutions and ensure high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Fluent/native level French.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Porto on rotating shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 7 am‑7 pm).

Required skills

• Fluency in French.

What we offer

• Base salary of €1,020 gross paid 14 times per year.
• Guaranteed bonus of €100 gross for the first three months, with additional performance bonuses.
• Meal allowance €9.60 per day (meal card).
