About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Porto, Portugal. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, handling inbound calls and providing support to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in French.
- Assist with subscriptions, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver personalized solutions and ensure high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- Fluent/native level French.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Porto on rotating shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 7 am‑7 pm).
Required skills
- Fluency in French.
What we offer
- Base salary of €1,020 gross paid 14 times per year.
- Guaranteed bonus of €100 gross for the first three months, with additional performance bonuses.
- Meal allowance €9.60 per day (meal card).
- Transportation reimbursement up to €40.
- Welcome bonus €150 gross paid in the fourth month.
- Private health insurance after four months of employment.
