French Customer Support – Braga (No English Required)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support representative to join our friendly team in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, assisting them via phone, email and live‑chat while delivering a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous and effective support through phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues and handle account‑related requests.
• Maintain clear communication to boost customer satisfaction.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet performance targets, quality standards and response‑time goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product information, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency permit.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
