About the role

We are looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing international SaaS company. This is a remote, high‑autonomy position focused on building outbound pipelines across European markets and shaping early‑stage sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline across Europe.
  • Conduct high‑volume cold‑calling as the primary channel for booking qualified meetings.
  • Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and create personalized outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to refine pipeline generation tactics.
  • Communicate product value propositions, understand customer pain points, and identify relevant opportunities.
  • Contribute to outbound sales processes, messaging frameworks, and international go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Share successful tactics, market insights, and prospecting best practices with the broader sales team.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales within SaaS or high‑growth tech environments.
  • Proven cold‑calling capabilities and a resilient, proactive approach to outbound prospecting.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding individual performance and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one additional European language (e.g., German, Spanish, French).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage pipelines and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
  • Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable operating with high ownership and autonomy.

    • Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and equity opportunities.
    • Estimated OTE ranging from €60,000 to €69,000 depending on experience.
