About the role
Emerging Travel Group is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its global travel‑tech team. Working remotely, you will coordinate schedules, organise meetings and events, and handle a wide range of administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate team meetings, quarterly demo sessions and corporate events, including team‑building activities.
- Assist in the Top Company Objective (TCO) planning process by gathering and structuring data for strategic sessions.
- Manage business travel for executives and team members, including visa preparation, budget optimisation and booking of tickets and accommodation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential partners and suppliers before exhibitions and events, using specialised scheduling tools.
- Prepare and send follow‑up communications after meetings, such as thank‑you notes and next‑step clarifications.
- Handle personal celebrations, gift purchases and other employee‑engagement initiatives to foster team spirit in a remote environment.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability and residence in the Mediterranean region or CIS.
- Strong organisational and proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
