About the role
Savills Portugal is expanding rapidly and seeks an Office Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of its Porto office, store, and future sales points. The role is pivotal in maintaining an organized, welcoming environment for staff and clients while supporting internal logistics and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the office and store, including supplies, equipment, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers and service providers, ensuring spaces reflect the company’s brand.
- Coordinate setup and ongoing management of new sales points, conducting periodic visits to verify standards.
- Manage inventory of office and promotional materials, handle deliveries, shipments, and document flow between locations.
- Administer the Porto team’s car fleet, overseeing reservations, checks, and washes.
- Provide administrative support to management, welcome guests, organize documents, and assist with event planning.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met and enforce compliance procedures.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in office management or operations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
