Cybersecurity Specialist – NIS2 & Cloud Security

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a proactive Cybersecurity Specialist to support our clients in implementing NIS2 compliance and securing hybrid cloud environments. You will work across multiple projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to protect data and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize security requirements to meet project objectives.
• Implement and configure Azure security services (Azure AD, AD FS, Network, ExpressRoute, FWaaS, VMs).
• Support security solutions on AWS and GCP platforms.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform, Docker, and YAML.
• Integrate and manage SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS technologies.
• Apply NIST, ISO 27000 series, and other security frameworks to client environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, multi‑team settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the NIS2 Directive and its applicability in hybrid environments.
• Experience with Azure services (Azure AD, AD FS, Network, ExpressRoute, FWaaS, VMs).
• Familiarity with AWS and GCP PaaS offerings.
• Hands‑on experience with YAML, Docker, Git, and Terraform.
• Understanding of SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS concepts.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27000 series.
