Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are expanding our Customer Service team and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage and support client accounts across multiple regions. The role involves handling orders, maintaining customer data, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data.
• Respond to customer queries, resolve issues and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
• Support customers from other regions when required.
• Participate in customer meetings and assist with dispute resolution.
• Maintain organized documents and records.
• Assist with forecasting, deliveries, invoicing and system updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service, sales support, import/export or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional European language a plus.
• Experience in export‑related customer service or logistics preferred.
