About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international team based in Portugal. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop professional communication skills while supporting customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance, ensuring accurate and solution‑oriented responses.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain high quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other countries when required.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French proficiency (C1‑C2 level).
• English at B1 level or higher.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Motivated, reliable, eager to learn and comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.
