About the role
Join Farfetch’s Operations team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the front‑line voice for Farfetch Platform Solutions, assisting customers and partners across multiple channels while delivering a seamless luxury shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact via email, phone and chat, delivering service within Farfetch’s promise.
- Provide product and service information and advisory to customers and partners.
- Take ownership of cases, resolve issues according to company processes and guidelines.
- Manage demanding customers with professionalism, focusing on solutions and retention.
- Advocate customer needs across internal teams and support localisation initiatives.
- Contribute to team development and a positive work environment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or e‑commerce.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system and related packages.
