Client Connectivity Support Engineer (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Connectivity Support Engineer who is fluent in French to join our financial services team. The role sits at the crossroads of technical support, middleware, and client relationship management, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between internal systems and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client calls and incident emails, providing timely updates and high‑level customer service.
• Monitor daily message and file‑transfer flows, detect and resolve failures, delays, or connectivity issues.
• Analyze logs, alerts, and monitoring tools to identify root causes and escalate when necessary.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, external partners, and internal teams, coordinating incident resolution and communication.
• Maintain operational procedures, knowledge bases, and contribute to post‑incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding of new connections, participate in testing, validation, and implementation activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with experience in file‑transfer and messaging infrastructures.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and excellent relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating with internal IT, business teams, and external clients.
