About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a Change Manager to support its rapid growth and international projects. The role is based in Portugal and operates in a hybrid regime, combining onsite collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change initiatives across technology and banking projects.
• Act as a technical coach, guiding teams through process transformations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and procedures.
• Monitor change impact and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Change Manager.
• Proven experience as a Technical Coach.
• Background in the banking sector.
• Fluent in Portuguese, French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Mid‑level professional (3‑6 years of experience).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Portugal.
