Call Center Agent – English & Portuguese (Remote)

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for UPS customers, handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving incidents, and promoting UPS products and services. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide complete, accurate information.
• Identify, understand and professionally resolve incidents according to UPS guidelines.
• Promote and upsell UPS products when appropriate, and attract new customers.
• Explain actions taken and commitments made to customers.
• Follow security procedures to protect customer data.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent.
• Availability to work from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Basic computer literacy at user level.
• Desirable but not mandatory: prior experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
