Business Manager Trainee – Grow with International Tech Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Business Manager Trainee to support the growth of our international technology business. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will work closely with experienced Business Managers, engage in client discussions and help identify new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities across the IT market.
• Support client acquisition, account management and preparation of commercial proposals.
• Participate in commercial meetings, client needs assessments and follow‑up activities.
• Monitor project progress, ensure service quality and assist in strategic account development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to help identify and staff suitable consultants.
• Contribute to business planning, revenue growth initiatives and long‑term partnership development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in the information technology market and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, motivated and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient level of English.
