Workplace Engineer

About the role

Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a Workplace Engineer to join its Hybrid Device team. You will design, manage and optimise modern workplace and endpoint management solutions for enterprise customers, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage hybrid and cloud‑based device management solutions.
• Administer and optimise MDM/MAM environments to ensure secure, compliant endpoints.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration and reporting.
• Support and enhance endpoint security and policy enforcement using tools such as Inforcer.
• Contribute to CI/CD and automation initiatives, integrating with Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardise, troubleshoot and continuously improve endpoint platforms.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in Hybrid Device or Modern Workplace engineering.
• Highly proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of MDM/MAM concepts and enterprise device management strategies.
• Experience with Windows endpoint management; macOS experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
