Windows System Administrator – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

MOZAYDO is looking for a Windows System Administrator who is fluent in French to join its remote‑first team supporting near‑shore delivery from Portugal. You will work with international users and teams, providing Tier 1 support for Active Directory and the broader Microsoft infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 operational support for Active Directory and related Microsoft services.
• Administer users, groups, permissions, and access controls in AD.
• Troubleshoot authentication, account, and access incidents.
• Support Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure.
• Manage incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and other Windows services.
• Monitor system availability and contribute to stable daily operations.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams on cross‑functional issues.
• Communicate effectively with French‑speaking users and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Professional background supporting Windows and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with international teams.
