Project Manager – Gestão de CrossCRs (Continuous Delivery Factory)

About the role

The Project Manager will support the T&VE Continuous Delivery Factory team in delivering Change Requests that span multiple technology clusters. The role blends technical understanding with strong behavioural competencies to ensure results in a complex, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute small IT projects, defining scope, resources and timelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of CrossCRs, from analysis and planning to testing and delivery.
• Assess technical and functional impacts of changes and ensure alignment across involved teams.
• Support ongoing transformation initiatives and promote IT governance and Change Management best practices.
• Monitor risks, issues and pending actions to keep project status up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of information systems management and integrated middleware environments.
• Experience delivering projects that involve integration across multiple systems.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Resilient, organized and able to make autonomous decisions under pressure.
