Vulnerability Analyst – Enterprise Security

About the role

Intermedia’s Security team is expanding and seeks a Vulnerability Analyst to drive its enterprise Vulnerability Management program. The analyst will identify, assess, prioritize and coordinate remediation of security weaknesses across the company’s infrastructure, cloud services, operating systems, applications and externally‑exposed assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain vulnerability scanning operations using commercial and open‑source tools across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, operating systems, applications and external services.
• Monitor threat‑intelligence feeds, vendor advisories and emerging vulnerabilities; escalate critical threats as needed.
• Work directly with infrastructure, operations, engineering and application teams to develop practical remediation and mitigation plans.
• Track remediation progress against defined SLAs, follow up on overdue items and communicate risk and status to leadership through metrics and reporting.
• Maintain visibility into remediation activities and support the vulnerability‑management platform.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical risk.
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Experience collaborating with system owners and engineering teams to drive remediation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey security risk to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of tracking progress against defined service‑level agreements.
