Senior Linux System Administrator

About the role

Our client is a leading company in the aviation sector. Due to its growth, they are strengthening their team with a Senior Linux System Administrator.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Linux servers.
• Manage virtualized environments using Proxmox hypervisors.
• Configure and manage networks and VPN connections.
• Implement and maintain redundant storage solutions.
• Apply infrastructure security best practices.
• Implement monitoring and logging systems.
• Manage automated backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Automate infrastructure processes with Ansible or Terraform.
• Select and optimize server hardware.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Linux system administration.
• Strong expertise with Red Hat, Debian, and Ubuntu distributions.
• Proven experience with Proxmox virtualization technology.
• Solid networking knowledge and understanding of security practices.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
