Treasury Operations Analyst – Americas

About the role

Visteon's Global Treasury Operations team is looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to manage the direct cash flow forecasting cycle for the Americas region (United States, Mexico, Brazil). The role sits at the intersection of data analytics, process transformation, and liquidity management within a publicly traded automotive technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the 13‑week rolling direct cash forecast for all Americas entities, gathering and consolidating inputs from tax, AP, AR, sales, HR/payroll and warranty.
• Validate and reconcile forecast inputs, analyze variances, and prepare monthly commentary for senior leadership.
• Track customer payment patterns, supplier shipment cycles and FX fluctuations to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collect and record daily cash movements for all Americas bank accounts, update cashbooks and produce daily cash position reports.
• Monitor account activity, flag unexpected movements and support foreign exchange trade execution.
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC analysts to align forecasting methodology and drive transition to a scalable rolling model.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple cross‑functional teams and manage large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting variance analysis to senior leaders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data consolidation and analysis.
• Experience with cash forecasting and liquidity reporting.
• Familiarity with banking portals and foreign exchange processes.
