Accounting Analyst – Financial Reporting & Compliance

About the role

Visteon is seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial reporting across the region. The role supports monthly closing activities, maintains robust financial controls, and drives process improvements using digital and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close and deliver timely, accurate reports.
• Maintain statutory and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
• Assist internal and external auditors and ensure adherence to SOX controls.
• Establish and monitor strong financial controls over all work performed.
• Leverage AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency and compliance accuracy.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or related roles; automotive experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; German knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
