Travel & Expenses Customer Support - German Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Travel & Expenses Customer Support specialist to join Airbus’ Travel & Expenses team in Coimbra. You will be the first point of contact for Airbus travelers, providing assistance through phone, email and chat while ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat messages from Airbus travelers.
• Maintain a positive, courteous tone and build trust through clear communication.
• Identify traveler needs, provide accurate information on Airbus policies, country‑specific tax rules and expense‑reporting tools.
• Resolve complaints, offer appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure closure.
• Meet personal and team targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and compliance policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or a contact‑center environment.
• Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
• Strong phone etiquette, active listening and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to take initiative.
• Commitment to integrity and awareness of compliance risks.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritisation and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience using Google Workspace (formerly G‑Suite).
• Familiarity with KDS NEO (preferred).
