Training Officer Trainee

About the role

The Training Officer Trainee will support BNP Paribas in delivering a comprehensive development service that enhances professional skills, promotes self‑development, and drives employee engagement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the annual training plan, uploading, testing and assigning courses in line with the roadmap.
• Produce training reports and dashboards for stakeholders and regulators.
• Maintain relationships with training providers and internal stakeholders.
• Segment employee populations for targeted learning initiatives.
• Manage session logistics, waiting lists, external registrations and evaluation processes.
• Organise face‑to‑face training events, handling logistics, attendance tracking and post‑event reporting.
• Support global departments and training referents on training offers.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness on a regular basis.
• Administer the My Development tool, including system cleaning and session creation.
• Assist in designing and developing training programmes, selecting appropriate delivery methods.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and stay updated on training trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong organisational abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
