Training Officer – Group Learning & Development

About the role

The Training Officer will deliver the annual training plan, support employees in their professional development and ensure that learning opportunities align with BNP Paribas’ strategic goals. The role combines operational execution, reporting and continuous improvement of training processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Annual Training plan, uploading, testing and assigning courses in all BNP Paribas languages.
• Produce training reports and dashboards for stakeholders and regulators.
• Validate training requests against the plan and support global departments with training‑related queries.
• Prepare periodic campaign results and submit them to responsible analysts.
• Configure and publish content in the My Learning platform, overseeing programs from specification to go‑live.
• Maintain the IT training catalogue, organise sessions with internal or external providers and perform system administration.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and stay updated on training trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative support.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and client‑focused attitude.
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively in teams and adapt processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
