Recruiter Specialist – Talent Acquisition for Space Industry

About the role

Join Beyond Gravity’s Recruitment team in Lisbon and help attract the talent that makes space exploration possible. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of functions across the company, partnering closely with hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer and hand‑over to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and publish job ads in SuccessFactors.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and social media.
• Conduct CV screening, interviews and coordinate assessments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Support employer branding activities, recruitment fairs and talent‑mapping projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in an international or industrial setting.
• Fluent/native German speaker and full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder‑management and interviewing skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a candidate‑focused approach.
