Training Coordination Officer – French Speaker

About the role

Alten is building a large Shared Services Center in Porto and seeks a French‑speaking Training Coordination Officer to manage the administrative side of its internal training programs. You will act as the main point of contact for trainees, trainers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create training sessions, handle logistics and manage evaluations using the Amplify platform.
• Support invoicing and collections related to training activities.
• Monitor trainee satisfaction, analyse complaints and implement corrective action plans.
• Serve as the central liaison for trainees, trainers and support functions (HR, Finance, Technical).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes, materials and communications.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to align training programs with business needs.
