About the role

Alsa is looking for a Marketing and Communication Technician to join its internal communications team in Gondomar. You will help shape the way the company shares information, celebrates achievements, and engages employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute internal communication channels, including alerts, reminders and company news.
• Promote organisational culture by highlighting celebrations, milestones and team successes.
• Assist in planning, organising and promoting internal events and institutional initiatives.
• Create visual and textual content for a variety of communication media.
• Ensure all communications align with Alsa’s brand values and identity.

Required profile

• Higher education in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Experience in internal or external communication (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing.
• Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva or Adobe.
• Dynamic, creative mindset and strong team spirit.
