About the role

Sqwad is looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage a remote telesales team of 10‑15 agents. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and developing your team’s sales expertise while supporting the company’s mission to put people at the heart of the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a remote team of 10‑15 sales representatives.
• Set, monitor and report on team performance objectives.
• Develop product and sales knowledge through regular evaluations and personalized coaching.
• Identify development opportunities and support professional growth.
• Maintain team engagement, motivation and retention.
• Analyze individual and team results, implement improvement plans and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, manage operational incidents and production‑related issues.
• Participate in operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the client.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Native German speaker.
• Strong expertise in telesales.
• Experience in the personal insurance sector is a plus.
