Team Lead, Developer Experience (Remote)

About the role

As the Team Lead for Developer Experience at SoSafe, you will own the internal DevEx platform, shaping its mission, scope, and operating model. You will empower engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably by improving workflows, tooling, and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Developer Experience function as a first‑class internal platform.
• Build a strong, inclusive team culture with sustainable delivery practices.
• Improve developer workflows, tooling, and standards to accelerate shipping.
• Drive adoption and evolution of a unified Design System across engineering and design.
• Translate company and engineering strategy into an outcome‑driven DevEx roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, Security, and other platform teams to maximize impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching engineers.
• Technical background capable of setting direction for complex platforms.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning strategy into measurable outcomes.
