IT Helpdesk – Advanced French Speaker

About the role

Join Aubay Portugal as an IT Helpdesk professional supporting internal and external customers. You will ensure high‑quality service while respecting strict security and confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process phone and email requests, maintaining quality, control, security and confidentiality.
• Maintain and improve customer relationships, monitor satisfaction and escalate issues.
• Guarantee strict compliance with professional secrecy and data confidentiality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting incidents, sharing best practices and proposing enhancements.
• Participate in updating procedures and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a technical support advisor with knowledge of the Data business.
• Experience working in an Agile environment; banking or insurance background is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• French (C1) and English (B2) language proficiency.
• Alignment with corporate culture, integrity, ethics and a strong customer‑focus mindset.
