Team Lead – Credit & Collections (Spanish & Portuguese)

About the role

adidas is looking for a Team Lead to manage its Global Business Services (GBS) Credit & Collections function. The role requires fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese and focuses on ensuring accurate daily execution of accounting processes while leading a medium‑sized team.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, train, motivate and appraise performance of the Credit & Collections team.
• Supervise daily operations, meet agreed Service Level Agreements and maintain strong relationships with business partners and the global functional team.
• Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators for the area of responsibility.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Analyse problems, propose solutions and oversee their implementation.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting or business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Order‑to‑Cash, Credit and Collections.
• Proven people‑management experience at a team‑leader level.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of SAP.
• Understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes.
