Market Data Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Market Data Compliance Analyst to support the Market Data Compliance Manager in ensuring that our market‑data services meet exchange regulations and licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a market‑data inventory of licenses and customers and verify end‑user status (professional vs. non‑professional).
• Prepare monthly usage reports, verify data accuracy and support audit preparation.
• Act as the primary point of contact with exchanges, clients and internal partners on compliance matters.
• Research regulatory changes, document compliance topics and assist internal teams with compliance‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to define requirements for reporting and user‑management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law or a related field (preferred).
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira.
