Regional Lead – Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Lead to drive operational execution and evolution of Oliver Wyman Europe’s end‑to‑end project lifecycle. Based in Lisbon, this hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Europe Project Setup team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery across markets.
• Own the regional Revenue Operations control framework covering project setup, backlog management, forecasting, invoicing and cash collection.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex project lifecycle matters and partner enquiries.
• Partner with FP&A, Controllership, Talent Management and Technology teams to strengthen governance and operational treatment of revenue.
• Redesign Europe’s project lifecycle operating model, championing AI, automation and ERP capabilities.
• Manage the regional roadmap for project lifecycle systems, prioritising enhancements and delivering continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Senior experience in project lifecycle management, revenue control or finance operations leadership within professional services.
• Deep understanding of work‑in‑progress, billing and revenue recognition practices.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to interpret complex contracts.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• AI or workflow automation implementation experience.
• ERP, CRM and project lifecycle platforms (Salesforce experience advantageous).
• Reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
