About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to provide administrative, HR and business development support for our Lisbon office. The role combines office management, coordination of travel and surveys, and assistance with recruitment and onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain Business Development databases, coordinate staff travel, and proofread reports and proposals.
- Support HR operations including recruiting, new‑hire orientation, personnel file management and timesheet processing.
- Handle day‑to‑day office tasks such as answering calls, receiving mail, ordering supplies and liaising with building management.
- Upload survey questionnaires, perform quality control and coordinate with survey companies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English; French or Spanish a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in Portugal.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using SharePoint.
