Talent Partner – Recruitment Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Talent Partner to join a leading multinational company in Lisbon. In this position you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, deliver an excellent candidate experience and contribute to our employer‑branding efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
- Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support employer‑branding initiatives and promote the company’s values.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast‑paced environments.
- Previous experience working in a multinational company.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.

- Strong sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
