Talent Manager Trainee (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Taleo Consulting is seeking a Talent Manager Trainee to support its recruitment and talent development functions across its international consulting practice. This hybrid role, based in Lisbon, offers a hands‑on learning experience for candidates eligible for the IEFP Traineeship Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate calls, interviews, and onboarding of new consultants.
• Oversee consultants' career development, coordinating training, certification, and career‑path planning.
• Provide clear communication and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Match candidate profiles with open positions to ensure relevance and fit.
• Assess training and coaching needs, design improvement plans, and collaborate with the Barcelona team.
• Align local HR actions with global people‑strategy guidelines and business plans.
• Support ad‑hoc HR projects and internal initiatives as required.

• Motivated, curious and passionate about people development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust‑based relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Eligibility for the IEFP Traineeship Programme.
