Talent Development Specialist – Employee Growth & Mobility

About the role

The Talent Development Specialist will shape and execute RoomRaccoon’s career framework, growth tracks and internal mobility programmes. Working on‑site in Lisbon, you will partner with senior leaders and managers to boost employee engagement, retention and capability across the fast‑growing hospitality SaaS business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company’s career framework, growth tracks and job mapping to ensure clarity, fairness and consistency.
• Design and maintain structured leadership pipelines, high‑potential programmes and succession reviews.
• Act as a career partner and coach, guiding employees through career conversations and Personal Development Plans.
• Enable managers to drive progression, feedback and capability building through training, coaching and hands‑on support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape capability roadmaps for current and future business needs.
• Design and deliver development initiatives aligned to business needs, outlined in an annual training calendar.
• Manage the internal training programme on the RaccoonLearn platform, keeping content up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Drive internal mobility by identifying talent readiness, development gaps and succession opportunities.
• Work cross‑functionally with People, Talent Acquisition, leadership and functional managers.
• Develop analytics dashboards to measure impact and continuously improve talent development processes.
