Talent Care Advisor – Remote (Puerto Rico)

About the role

The Talent Care Advisor (TCA) supports Kelly’s technical and scientific contractors by providing dedicated talent advocacy, career coaching, and a single point of contact for employment‑related questions. The role is remote‑first but requires the incumbent to reside in Puerto Rico and travel to client sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for contractors, assisting with payroll, benefits, contract extensions, and assignment inquiries.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive contractor talent profiles in internal systems (BH and KSN).
• Document engagement checkpoints, capture metrics such as leads, talent referrals, and redeployments.
• Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand talent networks.
• Provide career coaching and guidance throughout the contractor’s lifecycle, preparing them for assignment completions, client transitions, and new opportunities.
• Assess contractor‑client fit and relay feedback to recruiting and sales for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Resides in Puerto Rico and possesses reliable transportation for onsite visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on talent advocacy.
• Experience in HR, talent management, or contractor support environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high engagement levels.
