Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are expanding our talent acquisition team and are looking for a proactive recruiter who loves connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Source candidates across multiple platforms, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage the recruitment process using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct video interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote employer branding and improve candidate perception.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles.
• High motivation and ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build constructive relationships.
