IT Talent Acquisition Partner (Lisbon)

About the role

Extia is looking for a motivated IT Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Lisbon office. You will work closely with an HR Manager and business teams to recruit IT consultants for projects in Zurich, while developing your commercial and recruitment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recruitment needs together with business managers and act as a true business partner.
• Source high‑potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and direct applications.
• Qualify candidates by phone against defined recruitment criteria.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the full recruitment process.
• Maintain a talent pool of motivated and available professionals.
• Support career management of placed consultants.
• Participate in HR projects such as redesigning interview forms, writing job ads, managing skills matrices and improving HRIS processes.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment, consulting or recruiting scarce profiles.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong appetite for challenges.
• Eagerness to learn a qualitative recruitment approach within a consulting environment.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
