Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are expanding our talent acquisition team and are looking for a proactive recruiter who loves connecting top tech professionals with exciting opportunities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive the full recruitment cycle for IT profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, set expectations, and design tailored recruitment plans.
• Source candidates across multiple platforms, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive talent.
• Conduct video interviews and manage the candidate experience from start to finish.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote employer branding and ensure a positive candidate journey.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and good English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high motivation to thrive in a dynamic team.
