Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Pinnaql is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for life‑science consulting positions. The role works closely with sales, HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect hiring demands, develop job descriptions and enter requisitions into the ATS.
• Post openings on LinkedIn and other career sites, manage the ATS as the source of truth.
• Source passive and active candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews and coordinate technical tests.
• Collaborate with HR on offers, negotiate when needed and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in life‑science manufacturing (pharma, biotech, medical devices) and hourly professional consulting roles.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize changing workloads and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish, with professionalism handling confidential data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Clear Company.
