Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams at Validation & Engineering Group, ensuring smooth recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, ethics‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and day‑to‑day coordination for TA and HR activities.
• Coordinate handoffs between Talent Acquisition and HR, ensuring all required information is complete.
• Maintain and organize candidate and employee documentation.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding logistics.
• Keep ATS, HR systems, and trackers up‑to‑date with accurate data.
• Perform routine follow‑ups, status tracking, and reporting on outstanding activities.
• Manage pre‑employment requirements and other hiring‑related tasks as needed.
• Assist with general administrative duties delegated by TA and HR teams to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow‑up, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR information systems.
