Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join KWANA’s People Experience team in Portugal. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting and engaging top‑tech talent for our clients while ensuring a smooth, high‑quality recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other platforms.
• Build and maintain high‑quality longlists from internal databases aligned with each opportunity.
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements.
• Screen CVs and conduct behavioural and competency‑based interviews.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and provide suitable talent.
• Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing and hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven ability to source technical profiles across various technologies and seniority levels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Curiosity about technology and the IT market.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Native Portuguese speaker with at least B2 level English proficiency.
